PRI with SIP trunk backup for incoming DIDs

I am looking for a carrier that will sell me an ISDN PRI to which I can assign blocks of DIDs. However, I need to route these DIDs into my equipment using alternate means should the PRI fail (local copper facilities in my area are unreliable). Ideally calls destined for these DIDs with a downed PRI would be routed over a SIP trunk. Simple "forward to another number if the PRI goes down" will not cut it. Possible?

Automated call completion testing?

Hi, folks, I'm on the hunt for an automated call completion testing solution. Criteria: Must test call completion, not just whether the SIP gateway IP is reachable and has low ping/jitter. Must be able to notify defined points of contact (ideally via email) upon reaching a set failure threshold Must be able to test legacy phone numbers (e.g. +14154622991) Must be able to test via configurable routes Should be open-source Should be compatible with Asterisk Should be something I can integrate with one or more of the following: Zenoss, Nagios, AskoziaPBX, pfSense Should be able to test both SIP URIs (e.g. sip:firstname.lastname at cernio.com) and legacy phone numbers (e.g. +14154622991). Number porting service.

Hi, We are a CLEC and are in the process of porting about 5000 number to our network in less then one month. Does anybody know the most cost effective way to do this. Anybody aware of reasonable service providers? Any suggestions...Thanks in advance!
