I've been doing this for 10 years, but have never really looked at what
DUNDi [1] is until today.
And now that I'm looking at it, I cannot really think of a reason I would
use it. Which lead me to think, well who IS using it? And why?

Been experiencing an intra-lata Verizon to Level3 issue, Unfortunately I
do not have access to a reliable way to replicate the issue. Verizon has
reported a fix but I need to validate.
This only seems to happen in LATA 126.
If anyone has access to a Massachusetts Verizon land line and could make
two quick test calls and reply back their result I would be immensely
thankful.
