That's usually what we do. Today a customer approached us who is going to be in a unique situation. The telephone poles feeding his location are going to be torn down, and replacing the connection with underground cabling is at their cost ($5k). We're going to serve his voice and data needs with Wi-MAX, but this means zero ability to have an analog line for fax. This discussion seems to be focused around and ATA doing T.38, and we have little experience with that.
