[VoiceOps] Cisco Gateways, REFER and TBCT/ECT

Folks, Has anyone had any luck getting the Cisco VoIP gateways to do a TBCT or ECT when they receive a REFER message for a SIP call? In theory there is a way to do this in TCL script but I have never been able to get anyone at Cisco who knew how to actually configure it or make it work. For what it's worth AudioCodes supports this out the box in an extremely painless manner. As close to plug and play as you can get in TDM land.
