Issue is now resolved. Any DIDs provisioned between 8am and around 5pm EDT will need to go into the portal, find the DID, turn SMS off, hit Save, then turn SMS on again, and hit Save again, to trigger the SMS provisioning process. Beckman On Tue, 23 May 2023, Peter Beckman via VoiceOps wrote:
Bandwidth has acknowledged that enabling SMS on newly provisioned DIDs is failing. We detected the outage started between 8:50 to 8:55am EDT, though they first reported the outage at 9:42am EDT. We had a ticket open with them about it at 8:56am EDT.
