I used to be a customer of AT&T but after the shutdown notice I ported all my code to use the Google Cloud Speech API (https://cloud.google.com/speech/) Currently we have it deployed as part of an SMTP relay server to provide inline transcription of WAV files and it works as well if not better than AT&T however the pricing is higher ?
