Is this all destinations or just this one? I recommend taking a packet capture as close to your upstream provider as you can and opening a ticket with them. Do you have any idea what the destination fax machine is and whether it has ECM enabled? Do you have ECM enabled? There are certain faxes that won't work with FOIP. An example of this is the Brother Intellifax 4100e. My company purchased this particular machine with the hopes of getting it to work for one of our customers. Our success was very limited. I don't mean to bash Brother. They have other machines that we use with no problems. There is just something about this particular machine. It might also help to disable SuperG3 on the machine sending out the fax. I have a softphone (Zoiper) sending a fax (TIFF image sent to a physical fax on PSTN) through a SIP platform with freeswitch / kamailio which is forwarding the fax to my PSTN Gateway (telcobridges TMG800), the fax is detected as T38 and everything looks good, except that it ends with (88) INCOMPATIBLE_DESTINATION
