Our regional carrier just notified us about data roaming issues, but nothing about call issues. I assume you're re-directing your customers to call USCC customer service? We are located in the Midwest and are receiving a lot of trouble calls. Incoming calls have one-way/no audio, don't connect at all, signal our switch multiple times (same call gets set up over three incoming trunks).
