When there's a problem, all we do it report it and the provider takes responsibility for restoring service. System and software updates, security audits, etc, are handled proactively without need for us to initiate * Find me-Follow me, preferably user-configurable * Individually addressable desk/mobile extensions * Personal conference rooms, accessible from a 5-digit extension number and a single DID line/IVR setup.
