+1 on Clickatell. We also use them. Their payment options really sucked at first (wouldn't use a card to auto-add credit to an account when necessary, causing an instance or 2 of downtime because we forgot to check our available balance frequently enough, and without a warning form them) but the seem to have gotten better in that respect. Yep, we use the same - occasionally they seem to take a while to deliver messages, but most of the time are pretty instant.
