Hi David, We use the BroadWorks CCXML/VoiceXML functionality albeit in a fairly limited manner. Our primary application exists to 'deal with' some lack of functionality within the built in Voice Mail service provided within the platform, nothing fancy like enhancing it to make it talk or attempt to understand what people are saying. Have found the platform to pretty much 'just work', although troubleshooting can be somewhat chaotic, a unique combination of 'too much' and 'not enough' info sometimes - but it certainly hasn't been the most unpleasant experience. So I?ll go with ?use it?, but I can?t decide where ?it does the job, more or less' lives between ?love it? or ?hate it?. Cheers, Andrew ________________________________________ From: voiceops-bounces at voiceops.org [voiceops-bounces at voiceops.org] On Behalf Of David Hiers [hiersd at gmail.com] Sent: Wednesday, 26 May 2010 3:51 To: VoiceOps at voiceops.org Subject: [VoiceOps] BW CCXML and VoiceXML Hey groupers, The Broadworks CCXML and VoiceXML functions...
