Name one thing that's standard in telecom. People still run x.25, frame relay and AS400's. All kidding aside, we've heard a few different ways of doing this, but is there anyone on this list who as been sued or fined as a result of CALEA non-compliance? You're probably right, but I'm just laying out the facts as I see/read them. The rules seem to state that you aren't granted "safe harbor" unless you adhere to standard industry-adopted protocols.
