We detected an SMS outage on all Vitelity DIDs starting at 2210 UTC (6:10pm EDT) and has been ongoing for 2+ hours. Vitelity was unaware of the outage when we opened an emergency ticket at 2236 UTC, and failed to post that there was an issue until 0000 UTC 8/15/2020. We have seen ZERO inbound SMS messages in the last 2+ hours.
