Just to clarify, this isn't the Short Code Keyword Product they announced recently that Vitelity is discontinuing, this is Long Code US/Canada Local SMS. Affected any DIDs that were SMS-enabled on or prior to September 2015. On Mon, 18 Jan 2016, Peter Beckman wrote:

If you use Vitelity SMS, you may want to test your DIDs for SMS. If they fail, open a ticket.
I really cannot believe they did this.
