I just found out that today Vitelity silently disabled SMS on all DIDs that were previously SMS-enabled that did not send an SMS in the last 60 days. If you use Vitelity SMS, you may want to test your DIDs for SMS. If they fail, open a ticket. I really cannot believe they did this.
