I'm aware that BIRRDS/LERG has the Switch CLLI coordinates, but I don't know if the rate center virtual coordinates are also there. NANPA said, "NANPA doesn?t have this information. We suggest you check with a vendor who creates rate center maps, but we can?t recommend one."
