
We have been having issues for several weeks, yesterday was particularly bad. primarily we have had terribly long connection times with no ring back tone. this is what we received from CP yesterday: "We had a ULC that had a switch outage today that caused a lot of issues for termination. The issue was resolved as of this evening. i'm not sure, but i feel like when CP became PP, bad things started happening on both orig and term.
