Anyone have a contact at Charter's porting department that knows their ass from a hole in the ground? Doing our first port from them and they're not promptly responding to requests for us to get set up in their system. "To register your company for the use of this portal, please contact us at Charter.STL.LSR at charter.com to request a Trading Partner form." I did, and they responded once, but they were clueless.
