[VoiceOps] Any one from MCI Metro Access on this list?

Is there anyone from MCI Metro Access on this list? Google seems to think they're now owned by Verizon, but none of my Verizon contacts are able to help. All of their circuits to the tandem in lata 342 seem to be down, and calls to any of the numbers they've ported go to a fairly hastily recorded "the carrier selected is unable to complete your call at this time" recording for the last 5 days. Unfortunately, one of their customers is Walgreens, so none of the local hospitals can call in a prescription over a landline. The local AT&T tandem doesn't seem to have had any luck getting ahold of them. Thanks
