Anyone else noticing higher than normal latency to Verizon's HSJ location? Its steady, but 100 ms higher than usual. This is coming from Ashburn and on the Verizon network. The other locations are at normal latency levels. Gotta love MPLS hiding this topology. It started at 10:00 GMT and still going.
