We've been battling Verizon on this because they won't terminate 833 for us. They claim it's not part of the product we buy from them. I'm calling B.S. since they accept 844 through 888. Nevertheless, for now they aren't taking it but Level3 does. We're paying extra while we work it out but at least they complete the calls. Not sure if this is your problem but it wouldn't surprise me if their obstinacy is in the call flow. Cell phones (both ATT and Verizon) in a specific rate center are not able to call this new number or other 833 numbers. I have contacted my origination provider, ATT wireless, and Verizon wireless, but I am unable to get in contact with the proper people to resolve the issue. Any ideas?
