It is vaguely reminiscent of the peering disputes between Cogent and ___. (Insert favorite carrier name here). Glad to know that such have been brought to telephone networks. Of course, we've seen similar disputes with the traffic pumpers, so it's not entirely new. Hmmm... I wonder if their interstate access rates in Fla. are particularly attractive? -jbn
