I have a client looking for recommendations on software programs to analyze their CDRs. They need one that will determine the percent of traffic by type: Local IntraLATA/IntraState, IntraLATA/Interstate, InterLATA/Interstate Any information on programs and what you like / dislike about them would be helpful!
