[VoiceOps] Low-volume international VoIP carrier

We do a very small amount of international traffic, but for the customers who need it, we have to provide it. Right now we mostly use Simple Signal for that traffic, but we have both random and recurring issues (like right now we can't call Ireland mobiles). I'd like to add a second carrier, or make a switch. Any suggestions on a good international carrier with low minimums? -- Carlos Alvarez TelEvolve 602-889-3003
