We ported a number a Vonage customer number away from Vonage last week. The actual carrier was Paetec. The number port completed but Vonage hasn't deleted the number from their system. Customers on Vonage cannot call the number but the rest of the world can. Vonage customer service is worthless, hold -> transfer -> disconnect Does anyone have a contact at Vonage for port out of level 3 support? Thanks -Matt -- Matthew S.
