I've spoken to NetNumber and the cost to query the NNID of a number starts around $500/month plus per-query fees. I tried to see if I could build a service around the data, offering an API at a no-contract per-query case, but they said that was against their Terms of Service. Are there any no-contract services that charge per query to get the current NNID of a DID in the US/Canada? There are many options for getting the LRN or Carrier information, but not many for NNID or SMS routing.
