Do you know if it will it replay? I didn't see this
until 8am Pacific... and wouldn't have been in any shape to
watch it at 6am Pacific anyway.

A concept you'll hear is "Agreement-Less" Voice traffic exchange. You won't have to have a signed agreement in place to send SIP to someone else, whereas today you effectively do. But it will be an insider club...so will YOUR company be allowed to send calls at no cost directly to other carriers?
