[VoiceOps] DUNDi -- Do you use it? If so, how?

I've been doing this for 10 years, but have never really looked at what DUNDi [1] is until today. And now that I'm looking at it, I cannot really think of a reason I would use it. Which lead me to think, well who IS using it? And why?
