Hi folks, What billing/rating/mediation systems are people using, out of interest? I think I've managed to hit both ends of the scale so far - I've worked with home-grown systems with lots of python scripts and very tight integration with existing internally developed CRM....and on the other end of the scale I've worked with Oracle Portal (snappily renamed post-acquisition as Oracle Billing and Revenue Management System).
