
My understanding is that you can't mix multi-tandem homing with the single tandem homing. So you either install trunks to all the tandems or only to one. If you install them to all, then they wouldn't charge you the multi-tandem rates. I mean if you're riding a tandem you have direct connectivity to in order to get to one that you don't.
