
I thought only we had customers that did that crap. We have one customer that spends 3-4 days trying to tell us what he needs help with. He never types anything in the message body, just the subject line. It kind of goes like this over a few days. Help Can't dial out Your stuff broken fix now Those are actual subject lines from emails he sends us with nothing else.
