
We were told: root cause is due to a power failure at an LA POP; this also caused an issue with their back-up power contingency. We heard service was to be restored within an hour. Has anyone been able to get any details about this outage? We aren't affected directly, one of our carriers is affected, but they haven't gotten anything other than boilerplate "we have all available resources working on the issue" at this time.
Any details we could sanitize and pass on to our clients would be appreciated.
