Hi all, I am wondering if anyone has ever heard of DIDs that are restricted so that only intra-lata or local calls are allowed to complete. We have never come across this before, but we are being told that one of our DIDs falls into a block with these restrictions in New York. Any pointers to information about this would be appreciated.
