The 'OS' part or OSDA does remind me: by far our greatest challenge is getting a better O/A provider. Does anyone have a recommendation? Is it using SIP or TDM? How to they provide billing records for the placed outbound calls? All ideas are welcome. We do have functional OA today, but the carrier is not consistent in the presentation to the end-user. Level 3 also offers OSDA over SIP or TDM Links, although that is not one of their services I have personally used.

Max,
I don't think I saw anyone answer this. We use DashCS for our 411& 555-1212 call handling. DashINFO is the product name.

Hi all,
I'm looking for directory assistance options (connected via SIP). Suggestions will be greatly appreciated.
Thanks, Max _______________________________________________ VoiceOps mailing list VoiceOps at voiceops.org https://puck.nether.net/mailman/listinfo/voiceops
