[VoiceOps] Looking for a local carrier in Brazil

Hi there, We have a customer who wants to provide services in both the U.S. And Brazil, but local/regional calling (I.e. I'm not looking for routes between Brazil & the US, I'm looking for someone with an actual footprint to service local Brazil customers). Anyone have any ideas on this front? - Darren
