Since about 9:36am EDT this morning, Vitelity has been down due to what looks like a major routing issue. Connectivity has come back occassionally only to go down again. This is affecting all origination, termination and any and all web services they provide. I am unable to get to their website, portal or API. I do know that they are working on it.
