[VoiceOps] HIPPA with emergence of the Cloud

Hi All: I was wondering how most cloud providers handle HIPPA compliance. With Cloud Communications and associated cloud services like efax, call recording etc. being utilized by the Medical industry vertical ? how are cloud providers maintaining HIPPA compliance?

From talking to various vendors, the standard is vague and I wanted to get the groups opinion on this.
