3 IPs at the same data center in Toronto, Canada, same IP range... take three different routes from Comcast in SW FL, to Level3 in Toronto... One via Marietta, GA (Atlanta) fails. One via Marietta, GA succeeds and one via Miami succeeds. Ironically, the Level3 portal is inaccessible as well (from where I am at).
