Question on Zoom.us Traffic Flow

For Zoom conferences (based on the zoom.us service), does anyone know how the audio path works? I'm assuming all clients emit RTP (or equivalent) to some internet-based media server vs. going client to client. Working to test and confirm internally. Zoom has a QoS KB article[1], which is odd for a number of reasons: - Won't really do much if the traffic can't flow over MPLS anyway - Why do they use DSCP 56 for audio vs. more standard DSCP 46??
