One of my customers attempted to opt-out of some SMS Short Code campaign, sent "STOP" and several other attempted keywords, all of which were ignored, until we escalated with the carrier. 164 total SMS messages were sent to the customer AFTER sending STOP to the short code over several months. $82,000 worth of fines. I'd like to ensure that the senders are fined. Can anyone recommend a firm to handle the TCPA violations law suit? I'm in the Washington DC area and would prefer local, but will take a good firm anywhere.
