caller id issues with telepacific and iPhone6(ATT)
recently with telepacific, we have noticed calls to ATT iPhone 6 users will show up as unknown or private. I tried a single verizon iPhone 6 and caller id shows but ATT still will not display any caller id. I've googled and seen that some people on ATT's site in 2014 were complaining. has anyone noticed or know of an issue here? it's been two weeks, possibly longer that we have been experiencing this issue.

Are you seeing this only with an iPhone and not with android or windows phone? We had a somehwat similar problem. Calls out of a local PRI to AT&T cell phones showed up with CallerID unknown. We were told AT&T Wireless recently started requring calls arrive with number screened / allowed. On PRI with Asterisk we set CALLERID(num-pres)=allowed_passed_screen and CALLERID(name-pres)=allowed_passed_screen. Once we did that, CallerID started coming through on AT&T. We discovered this problem a few months back. I've also read its specific to iPhone and Voice over LTE. If I recall correctly going into your iPhone 6 settings and disabling LTE or Voice over LTE 'fixes' the problem. We forwarded calls to an iPhone on AT&T. In Minneapolis, the CallerID came through just fine. In Minot, SD, the CallerID showed up as Blocked or Unavailable. On Verizon, CallerID came through just fine in both locations. AT&T denied anything was wrong, but the customer was persistent and finally AT&T fixed the issue.
