I have a debt collector looking for TN reputation tools or services. Any recommendations? ----- Mike Hammett Intelligent Computing Solutions http://www.ics-il.com Midwest Internet Exchange http://www.midwest-ix.com

To what end is a debt collector interested in TN reputation services? Normally these are the domain of service providers and intermediate carriers, not call originators. I'd be happy to talk off-list about my experience building an anti-robocall filter using data from YouMail, Somos DNO, and the National Do Not Call Registry. I'm guessing they want to register with the various reputation services to avoid being flagged as a robodialer. https://www.freecallerregistry.com/fcr/ firstorion.com https://Reportarobocall.com https://hiyahelp.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/new? ? There's also a paid service that Neustar runs to vet your callers and work with carriers for you. Hope those are useful. <>

I have no connection to this company and never used them, but have heard of them and they seem maybe what your client is after? https://firstorion.com On Wed, May 3, 2023 at 3:13?PM Mike Hammett via VoiceOps < voiceops at voiceops.org> wrote:

The hearsay about https://www.freecallerregistry.com/ is that it only exists to refer people to the Hiya/TNS/First Orion paid services, and that will only help you with calls that transit those three filtering services. This may help with some major carriers, for a price, but is hardly a cure-all. There are a dozen other apps and services that can still mis-label your legitimate calls, and seeking redress from all of them will become a burden. If you want to avoid the "pay to play" model that created The Campaign Regi$try for SMS/MMS please file comments in the FCC Robocall docket in support of preserving Caller Name for A-Attested calls. Read more about that here: https://docs.fcc.gov/public/attachments/DOC-392975A1.pdf On Thu, May 4, 2023 at 9:13?AM Brandon Svec via VoiceOps < voiceops at voiceops.org> wrote:
