Was hoping to find someone out there that might have a contact within Verizon Wireless that could assist in a resolving a voice quality (static) issue on calls outbound from VZW, inbound to L3/GBLX in the Cleveland, Ohio market. Anyone able to contact me off-list with some info or recommendations on resolution? The trouble has been isolated to be outside of L3/GLBX's network and obviously AT&T is unwilling to research the problem further. Thanks in advance!
