Does anyone use SAP SMS 365 directly? We get SMS messages delivered from SAP to Layered to Vitelity. For the last 8 hours we've seen SMS delivery delays of 10+ seconds to over 800 seconds, and I'm hearing that SAP is to blame. Has anyone else noticed this? Does anyone on the list do SMS?
