
Looks like voip.ms is currently under DDOS attack. I have a few DIDs through them. Calls ring for about 30 seconds and then get an error message about being unable to complete the calls. DIDs that have a 'fallback' number or recording are working properly. Outgoing calls are just dead air and never complete. https://twitter.com/voipms -A

They're still struggling with this. I have some numbers on Inteliquent through VoIP.MS.
