
Anyone seeing issues with Verizon and no audio/poor quality? We are seeing it across 11 local gateways across the US. Inbound TF trunks appear ok so far.

What is your latency to each of the gateways? Are you seeing drops to the concentrators? Aryn H. K. We never saw the signaling gateways or VPN's go down. Our direct bandwidth with them was good. However, affected calls showed high packet loss.It appears to have cleared around 12:50 Eastern and customers have confirmed, but no work from VZ yet as to a cause.
