Last time I looked into this was Level3 and Global Crossing but that was some time ago. I know bandwidth has a close relationship with Microsoft for Teams because they say there are the only provider that can offer E911 services for Direct Routing for Teams. I find this odd because I thought all that was needed for E911 services was a connection to the PSAP or am a wrong? Bandwidth is who provides MS?s calling plans for Business Voice (Teams calling). Wouldn?t surprise me at all if MS is their biggest customer. At $DAYJOB we run Skype for Business and are migrating to Teams with Direct Routing. We currently manage the 911 info via Intrado, and no one at MS or Lumen has said we can?t continue to do that. ?Chris
