Hi all, Has anyone been able to get any details about this outage? We aren't affected directly, one of our carriers is affected, but they haven't gotten anything other than boilerplate "we have all available resources working on the issue" at this time. We were told: root cause is due to a power failure at an LA POP; this also caused an issue with their back-up power contingency. We heard service was to be restored within an hour. This has been a really frustrating outage! Not even because there is an outage as those happen, but the lack of communication. It's like pulling teeth to get anything out of them. On top of that there support line is down. No out of band support line?!?! Yes I am a direct pacwest customer and would like to have my support calls answered when I have issues, just as we do for our customers!
