Does anyone have good contact info for a human at Verizon that can deal with Carrier Interconnects for Tandems? We are an ILEC, with local trunks to the Binghamton Tandem (LATA 138). I don't have any TSC or AN info for those trunks, and VZ repair can't do a thing without them. Calls to Spectrum/Charter (532D I think), are failing at the VZ Tandem to ACB.
