These guys do some interesting stuff - it's kind of build your own service, but if you're in the innovation space it's all relevant. I used VoIP Innovations for about 18 months and was satisfied. Their call quality was good, the service was reliable, and the DID provisioning API was responsive and accurate. Web portal was mediocre but functional. I'd definitely purchase from them again. Troy -- http://twitter.com/troyd
